Beach Beacon Children's Ministry is committed to teaching the future leaders of Christ's Church through Bible based curriculum and Shepherds who demonstrate His Love through serving in this ministry.
On Sunday mornings, we offer age appropriate Sunday School lessons for all children from 9:00am-10:00am, extended care for babies and toddlers during the Worship Service and Children's Church for K - 4 children (except for the first Sunday of the month: "Family Worship")
During the school year, we have our Awana program for children Pre-K through Middle School, that meets on Wednesday evenings.
Our Summer ministry offers Vacation Bible School. A week of fun and learning God's word. We transform our campus into a themed wonderland and invite our community to join us! We also have a trip to Lifeway's "Centri-Kids Summer Camp"
Beach Beacon Awana Clubs meet from 6:00 - 7:45pm Wednesday evenings through the school year.
We are four clubs in one with programs designed to teach the Gospel at age appropriate levels from Pre-K to Middle School.
Cubbies is fun with a purpose—to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively experience where they study their books and have weekly memory verses to learn. Cubbies, where fun and learning go hand in hand.
Club meetings combine learning with fun to create an atmosphere of excitement for churched and un-churched kids alike. Along the way, Sparky, the friendly firefly, encourages boys and girls to learn verses and complete assignments throughout their handbooks.
Truth and Training reflects the passion of Awana to teach third through fifth grade boys and girls the Truth of God’s Word and to Train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow today!
Awana’s curriculum for Middle School Youth. Students will learn God’s story while developing a habit of daily bible study. Each lesson digs deep into God’s Word with plenty of time for discussion as well as continuing to encourage scripture memorization. Our Trek program is incorporated into our Beach Beacon Youth Fellowship's Wednesday night Bible Study and fellowship led by our Youth Pastor, Neil Johnston.
